An international arrest warrant has been issued against former Comorian Foreign Minister Dhoihir Dhoulkamal and his wife, who are under investigation for allegedly defrauding social security and family allowance funds in Réunion of €251,000 between 2015 and 2022. Despite efforts to locate them, they have not been questioned.
